Petals and Thorns — The Return of Aya-chan
May 28th, 2007 under Studio SIX Report. [ Comments: none ]

Aya-chanWe have a report of the latest Kinbaku Live Night at Studio SIX. The author of this report shall remain nameless until I have releases, signed and notarized (in triplicate) that it’s okay to use the name (even though I’m 99.9 percent sure his handle is a nomme-de-guerre). KabukiJoe

It was lovely to see Aya-chan again. It had been some time.

Osada Steve performed at least four sets with her. She didn’t seem to flag at all. One set was particularly impressive. It started out as floor bondage. Aya-chan was kneeling. Steve-san tied one arm behind her head so that her elbow was pointing up. The other arm was tied behind her back close to the body.

One leg, knee bent, was tied in front, the other tied in back. With each iteration the surprisingly flexible Aya-chan was tied into an ever tighter triangular package until she looked like an onigiri with intricate rope patterns in the place of nori. And then Steve- san suspended her. You can see how it looked from the back as she was spun around in one of the pictures.

I also liked Steve-san’s creative use of a flower bouquet. He did a floor tie with her lying on her back, tying Aya-chan’s body in a diamond pattern, and he placed the bouquet in her crotch. He then tied her thighs above and below the bouquet, wedging it in there. Steve-san then proceeded to whip her breasts and thighs. But as a finale, he whipped the bouquet, scattering rose petals over Aya-chan’s body.

A lovely touch.

The Patron

Every now and then, a fellow comes in from out of town for the express purpose of hiring Osada Steve to tie up a new bitch.

I really like this guy. First, he’s friendly. Second, he has good taste. He always insists on a fresh face and usually brings along a list of ties he’d like to see done in the inimitable OS style. And third, he’s a rich guy with good taste. He always brings the best high definition video camera along to memorialize the events. He sticks it on a tripod which allows him to occasionally snap a few pictures with his professional, megapixel digital SLR camera.

Once home, he can relive these precious moments by viewing the shoots on his 65 inch high def television (OK, I made this last part up. I’m not sure it’s 65 inches). I guess if he’s not in the mood for a movie that night, he can always set up a slide show.

Steve calls him his patron.

Sparks Fly — Ageha Sizzles at Studio SIX
May 24th, 2007 under Studio SIX Report. [ Comments: 3 ]

Asagi Ageha As you can see from the pictures, it was Ageha Night last Saturday at Kinbaku Live Night at Studio SIX which means a special treat to all of her followers across Japan and from abroad.

The first performance started out with Little Miss Innocent getting all knotted up. Asagi Ageha looked gorgeous in her black and white dress. Steve used soft, violet ropes and some thin red ropes for this set which created a nice impression of different colors and materials blended together to form a very sexy exhibit.

As soon as she was tied up, Ageha began to drift away into her own little world. I have rarely seen a girl get so carried away. The influence of the rope Read more »

The Light Fantastic
May 17th, 2007 under Uncategorized. [ Comments: none ]

I’ve seen several of these photos that were “painted” with light but here are a couple that are new to me. And to give credit where credit is due, these were apparently taken by photographer, Z. Maitri (this according to the recent interview with Osada Steve).

According to Steve, these photos involve no computer hocus pocus whatsoever. The shutter speed is set at approximately 30 seconds. The room is completely dark and once the shutter is clicked, a small pen light is used to “paint” the picture.

Quite interesting.

I have seen some of these photos reproduced in glossy magazines from Europe but Steve believes they would not be of interest to most Japanese connoisseurs of rope erotica.

Judge for yourself:

Studio SIX is Seven

Kiku-chan Note: The following post is a shameless C & P of a report by Thomas documenting last Saturday’s Kinbaku Live Night at Studio SIX. Photos of the event can be found at the end of the report. Thanks Thomas! — KJ

Finally, after a month, Steve returned to Tokyo and resumed his activities at Studio SIX. By the way, Saturday was Studio SIX’s seventh anniversary. So only three more years and Steve will have to think about something very special to honor the first decade of high class kinbaku performances there! Reserve your seats and bring some cake.

We were honored by the presence of Kiku-chan. Although I have seen her several times I still cannot get enough of her. The last time she was wearing a teacher’s outfit, with suitable glasses. This time, during the first session, she was dressed in a white kimono, making her look like a miko (temple virgin) from a Shinto shrine. Read more »

Back from the Dead
May 2nd, 2007 under Miscellaneous. [ Comments: none ]

Long time no post. Very busy. It’s Golden Week in Japan and I should be on vacation — or something.

Actually, this isn’t a great time to go on vacation around here. It’s one of the major holiday periods and a significant percentage of the population leaves town. This gives airlines, hotels and other holiday-related businesses a boost and an opportunity to gouge, er,  exercise the principle of supply and demand.

What this means is, your plane ticket is likely to cost three times the norm.

I never go anywhere during Golden Week or in the summer or around New Year. I value my hard-earned yen. And I wouldn’t want to be stuck in the traffic jam that inevitably takes place on Sunday evening as everyone heads back into Tokyo.

Catching up on some old news, Steve and Ageha performed some shows at Kabukicho’s DX strip theater in March (I said it was old news!). I headed over there one evening just to get some pics of the sign and the outside of the place for your enlightenment but I arrived a little too late and it was closed. Nothing much to take pictures of.

I didn’t go to any of these shows but I have been to some of Steve’s shows there in the past. The theater has the requisite revolving stage. Come to think of it, Read more »
