I missed the last appearance of Juli-chan at Kinbaku Live Night at Studio SIX so this time around I made sure to be there. I also begged Osada Steve to outfit Juli-chan as an OL (office lady to the uninitiated). This he did and there was cute Juli-chan all made up to look like the innocent secretary of Tokyo’s most lecherous boss. First, she was made to say her name: “My name is Juli,” she replied sweetly with nary a hint of an accent. Steve continued his brutal interrogation: “Are you a secretary?” he demanded. This was too much for Juli-chan whose English ability apparently stops at “My name is Juli.” As he continued his grilling in English, you could see that Juli-chan was truly suffering linguistic torture.

Saturday Nov. 24 will feature Juli-chan at Studio SIX. As per usual, things get rolling around 7:00 PM.

As I mentioned earlier, Osada Steve is a regular at the bondage bar Mode et Baroque in Roppongi. He puts on shows, ties up horny female customers and also provides training for the staff. There will be a special Kinbaku Ladies Night at the place on Dec. 5 and Dec. 19. A good opportunity to head over there with that certain someone.

There will be a kinbaku event on Dec. 15 at MK Studio in Shin-Okubo. Steve and Asagi Ageha will be there along with Ranki Kazami and Kanno Chiaki. This is a Saturday night (sorry, don’t have the start time) so Studio SIX will be canceled that evening. As an added bonus, you’ll be very close to some excellent Korean BBQ restaurants, otherwise known as yakiniku.

On Dec. 28, another kinbaku event at the club Sleeping Beauty in Shibuya. Once again Steve and Ageha will perform, this time along with Hajime Kinoko and others.

So, with the exception of Dec. 15, performances at Studio SIX will continue as usual till the end of the year.

They call it hard play but from what I saw last Friday evening in a quiet town north of central Tokyo, it was obvious nobody was playing around. This was a video shoot for a relatively new company on the scene called Pain Gate. They specialize in the hardest of the hard and they don’t fool around when it comes to commissioning some of the top specialists currently active in this niche within a niche.

Shikou Shima, Ranki Kazami and Mira Kurumi were all featured in distinct 45 minute segments. Each brought his own play partner and gear. The videographer was there with two cams, one mounted on a tripod, the other hand held. The photographer was there, of course. He had a camera inside a large contraption my friend said must have been a “sound box”. It did effectively muffle the click of the shutter.

And then there was the audience of which we were a part. About 25 mostly male gawkers who had traveled to this remote corner of greater Tokyo by special invitation to get a look at what hard play really is all about. The venue was a large complex that, from the outside, looked like an ordinary apartment building, or perhaps a hotel.

A pedestrian just happening by wouldn’t have a clue that the place contained a full-fledged movie studio complete with a large variety of sets: a classroom, a medical clinic, a cafeteria just to name a few. And then, of course, there was our set which was made up to look exactly like a bondage bar.

Saturday night was Kinbaku Live Night at Studio SIX as usual and, once again, Osada Steve did not disappoint as he put the mesmerizing Asagi Ageha through her paces.

Lovely Ageha-chan was in fine form and looked stunning in her various kimonos and positively erotic trapped in Steve’s unyielding rope. The audience was treated to a variety of ties and positions as the event stretched over its usual time frame from 7 PM to 11 PM. One wonders how sweet Ageha-chan was able to endure such a schedule. It helps that Steve is a master when it comes to applying rope — an avocation that, in lesser hands, could easily result in disaster.
