Gyaku-ebi-zuri — 逆海老吊り

The gyaku-ebi-zuri (逆海老吊り), aka face-down suspension, aka Japanese hogtie suspension, aka blablabla is a strange animal. On the one hand, everybody is doing it. And if you reside in metabolic areas where fast food is the daily diet, this tie usually results in a sack-of-potatoes suspension. On the other hand, if you choose and train your models well, it may — on occasion — result in something graceful and beautiful to look at.

緊縛 長田スティーブ

Gachinko (ガチンコ) stands for “the real deal”. The real deal is a euphemism for “no holds barred”. So, what you will get on Saturday, August 8, at Kinbaku Live Night @ Studio SIX is a genuine 4-hour slave training with an amateur sub asking for more — and more, and more. Though, towards the end of the night she will be begging for mercy. :-)

If you wish to watch a young (21-year-old) woman to get what she has cuming, see for details and make reservations early. As evidenced by the photos, this woman is well endowed and ready for some serious abuse — administered the old-fashioned way: a good deal of spanking, pain and despair, and a lot of rope. :-)

To be enjoyed THIS Saturday, August 8, at Studio SIX Tokyo.

We don’t get many of these. But if we do, we’d like to share. Below a report by a recent visitor (Mr Martin) to Tokyo and to Studio SIX:

The day I arrived in Tokyo, it was a Wednesday. So I went straight from my hotel to attend Osada Steve’s weekly Kinbaku Live Special at Studio SIX. Eager to keep some digital memories, I opted for the “taking photos” course, Read more »

Having been around the Japanese pro shibari circuit for a few years by now, I have witnessed more than a few fads or trends. The latest fashion is suspending your subs by the thigh — well, actually by one leg closed (as opposed to opened). The term for this shibari kata is futomomo-zuri.There are several ways to achieve this. From a standing position, from a kneeling position, or from within a suspension progression. Either with or without a supporting “nawa pantsu”. Regardless of how you go about, the ensuing suspension is quite taxing on the sub. It’s for this reason, that you won’t see this too often. But that might also be the reason why it’s so popular on the pro circuit in Japan these days. ‘Coz either the bakushi has figured out a comfortable (read: safe) way to accomplish this, or he has trained his sub so well, that she can stand abuse of the highest order. In the first case the bakushi will earn the laurels. In the latter case the sub will.To see for yourself whether the first or the latter is the case, pay a visit to Studio SIX Tokyo on any given Wednesday (billed as Kinbaku Live Platinum) or any given Saturday (billed as Kinbaku Live Black Label).

Kinbaku (緊縛) Light @ Studio SIX Tokyo

Old hat: Kinbaku Live Nights @ Studio SIX have received some kind of a cult following since unleashed to Shibari enthusiasts nine years ago. Judging by the high frequency of “gaijin” attendants, it has also caught up with the international JapanRope jet set.

Fresh hat: Succumbing to popular demand, Studio SIX is now offering a Kinbaku Light version on Wednesdays. The “light” means that the lights will shine brighter, though the pockets will be less light, as entry is not the usual $150 but a paltry $80 — assuming that 1 cent US trades as 1 yen JP.

Wednesday nights will on occasion feature “specialty” subs, a euphemism for models too edgy to present on Saturday nights. Like subs that crave for a fix of pain or are in need of some other “special” attention that would leave non-abnormal visitors puzzled — to put it mildly.

When in town, be sure to check it out. What you’ll get is unadulterated rope action plus alpha — for a fraction of Saturday prices.

Candle Light (蝋燭責め) Night @ Studio SIX

The day Ronald Reagan got elected in 1981, I was coming out of the jungle at Mae Hong Son (one of the angles of the Golden Triangle) and saw a fresh copy of The Bangkok Post. My American travel companion wryly explained, “That’s what they mean when they say ‘anybody’ can become President of the US of A”.

Well, not ‘anybody’ can become a model @ Studio SIX Tokyo. It takes a special type of woman to make the grade. To assure that visitors get their money’s worth, eager model aspirants first need to make it beyond the casting couch — jumping hoops and proving their mettle. No pain, no gain — as they say. If you plunk down $300 to see Osada Steve @ work (which is about 3 times the cost as the next best deal), the last thing you want to see is some actress at the home stretch of her career. You want to see the real deal: a young woman, a beautiful woman, a ‘hot’ woman that melts (as) wax, a true submissive — nothing less.

And that’s what you get @ Studio SIX.

Due to popular demand you now can get it Saturday AND Wednesday nights. Un-ADULT-e-rated kinbaku (緊縛) , shibari (縛り), SM.

Keep an eye on upcoming events and be dazzled.

If you prefer to watch without being seen, or if regular Studio SIX events conflict with your schedule, send an e-mail and arrange for a private night.

Just a quick update presenting an animated GIF of juli-chan suspended on her right thigh. This tie has become quite popular this Spring. It seems like everyone is doing it.

The pics were taken yesterday during a regular Kinbaku Live Night @ Studio SIX.

I just happened to pop into Studio SIX the other Saturday night (to attend the weekly Kinbaku Live, to be exact), and was treated to a nice performance by Osada Steve (長田スティーブ) working his magic on tiger-tattooed aiko-chan (愛子).
Towards the end of the four-hour marathon session, Osada Steve placed the model on a sake barrel and tied her in a restrictive teppo shibari (鉄砲縛り) Read more »
